We accept returns for physical books under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.
- You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The book is returned in its original condition.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on downloadable items once the file has been accessed or delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase, contact us and we will ensure you receive the correct file.
3. Incorrect or Missing Orders
If your order arrives incomplete or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue immediately by sending the missing or correct item at no additional cost.
4. Damaged Items
If your book arrives damaged, please email us with:

- A photo of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return under the conditions above.
